You will need to fill out our rental application form and deliver a non-refundable deposit check in the amount of one month's rent to reserve the apartment.

The deposit check is non-refundable because when delivered it removes the apartment from our vacancy list, which takes it off the market. The money for this deposit will be refunded to you if your application is denied by Alpha Realty Group. If you are accepted, this deposit will act as your last month's rent.

Typically, we ask that leases be for twelve months. We can make exceptions based on date of rental and the specific property.

We do charge a rental fee for all fee based apartments. This changes during the rental season. In any case, you'll be informed whether a fee is associated with the apartments you're interested in veiwing.
